Subconscious Mind:
The subconscious mind stores our old patterns, beliefs, and protection mechanisms. This is why it's so hard to change just by thinking about what you want! You also NEED to get your subconscious mind on board and in this program, we do that through hypnosis and tapping.
Body:
Finally, we target the body through tools like Polyvagal exercises and EFT (tapping). Your body stores SO MUCH of your trauma and pain! If you don't include this level in your healing process, you're missing out.

Heal'd/Recode is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. (If you buy the annual pass, you will have to renew in one year.)
I add a fresh new training every month so there's always something new to learn!
How long do I have access to the program?
You have access to the program as long as your membership is active!
If you buy a one-year pass, you get one year.
If you buy a monthly pass, you have access as long as your membership is active.
What if I'm unhappy with Recode/Heal'd?
I made sure this program is jam-packed with workshops and meditations so you get way more than your money's worth.

Anyone can join Heal'd/Recode! I tend to focus on women/female-identifying in my work but I am open to all ages and genders.

Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the digital nature of the program, there are no refunds for Recode. However, monthly members can cancel at any time.

I have PTSD/other mental health issues
If you have a pre-existing mental health condition, I recommend that you start this work with the supervision of a doctor or therapist as it can become intense or triggering. This program is not meant to replace mental health treatment but it can work in tandem with your treatment.
